In 2009, from the vision and efforts of two brothers, Massimo (Chef patron) and Luciano Spigaroli, Antica Corte Pallavicina Relais was born, with an attached gourmet restaurant, within the splendid setting of the ancient Palazzo Pallavicino in Polesine Parmense (a stone's throw from the Po River) and awarded the prestigious and coveted Michelin star in 2011. The structure stands on the oldest aging cellars in the world, dating back to 1320, where the Culatello di Zibello, the king of all cured meats and an object of desire for internationally renowned figures, still rests and matures. A Krug Ambassade for a decade, every year it welcomes guests from all over the world eager to experience the culinary vision of chef Massimo Spigaroli, which he himself defines as "Gastro-fluvial".
