About ANFH

The National Association for Continuing Education of Hospital Personnel (ANFH) is a recognized joint body collecting funds for the hospital public service. It is approved by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health to collect and manage funds dedicated to financing: the training plan, Professional Training Leave (CFP), leaves for VAE and Skills Assessment, promotional studies, continuing vocational training for disabled workers supported by ESATs, and continuous medical professional development (DPC). ANFH also offers its members a range of services to support them in managing training, skills, and professions: monitoring, information, training offerings, methodological tools, communication support, etc. Based on three core values - joint management, solidarity, and proximity - more than 1000 administrators and 26 regional delegations have been working since 1974 to ensure equal access to continuing education and the development of skills for agents employed by public health, medico-social, and social institutions, representing over 900,000 people.
