What began as a single trucking operation has grown into a full transportation family spanning seven divisions: AMX Trucking, AMX Logistics, AMX Expedited, AMX Drayage, AMX Academy, and our newest addition, JIT EX. Differentiated by our intention and trusted for our experience, AMX creates people first solutions for the supply chain. Our hybrid transport model combines over the road and intermodal capabilities, handling FTL to LTL, dry van to reefer, and drayage to specialized loads, all under one brand. AMX Trucking is a dry van and reefer truckload carrier covering all 48 continental states with 500+ power units and 2,000+ trailers, operating from facilities in Ashford, AL, Spartanburg, SC, Memphis, TN, and Nashville, TN. AMX Logistics provides over the road capacity, specialized loads, and expedited service through a network of trusted carrier relationships, with offices in Ashford, AL, Savannah, GA, and Atlanta, GA. JIT EX, acquired by AMX in May 2026, is a privately owned, for hire trucking fleet established in 2001 and based in Memphis, TN, with a terminal in Nashville, TN. JIT EX adds regional and local truckload, dedicated fleet, drayage, flatbed, crossdock, transloading, and storage trailer capabilities across the Eastern United States. At AMX Academy, drivers earn their Class A CDL and enjoy respect, fair pay, and a safe driving experience, averaging 2,800 miles per week with the home time that keeps AMX's family feel alive.
