To achieve this, we travel to every corner of Italy in search of the best ingredients, textures, and flavors. - KFC: we are one of the largest KFC franchisees in Europe with over 100 restaurants throughout Spain. It all began over 70 years ago with a cook, the brand's founder, Colonel Harland Sanders, who conceived a recipe that would soon become famous, based on the secret list of herbs and spices taped behind his kitchen door. AmRest has been operating KFC in Europe for over 27 years, and we still have cooks in each of its restaurants. Even though we have taken the difficult path in the kitchen – hand-breading our juicy fried chicken, sourcing ingredients locally, and cooking to order – we continue to innovate across the brand. Founded in 1998 by two French entrepreneurs, the brand, now operated by AmRest, has over 150 points of sale in France and more than 30 internationally. We offer a wide variety of Japanese and Californian sushi: sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, sashimi, tartare, and much more. Our constant search for creative and innovative products has led us to high-level collaborations with well-known chefs, including Cyril Lignac (2011), Jean-François Piège (2012), Thierry Marx (2013), Joël Robuchon (2014), Kei Kobayashi (2017), Anne-Sophie Pic (2018), Mauro Colagreco (2019), and Grégory Marchand (2020).
