About AMP Restoration & Construction LLC

Built on Trust. Driven by Performance. Headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, AMP Restoration & Roofing is a premier, family-owned exterior restoration contractor serving homeowners and commercial properties across Greater St. Louis, Springfield, and surrounding communities. With 13+ years of experience we aren't just another roofing company; we are an elite industry leader, holding an A+ Rating from the BBB and the prestigious GAF Master Elite Certification—a distinction earned by less than 2% of roofing contractors nationwide. Furthermore, we are proud to be a 2-time GAF Three-Star President’s Club Award Winner. A status that fewer than 0.25% achieve, this is the highest honor a Master Elite contractor can receive, designating AMP as the "best of the best" in performance, reliability, and service. Our 7-year track record, receiving the GAF President’s Club Award, places us within the absolute highest echelon of GAF Master Elite contractors across North America. At AMP, we specialize in heavy-lifting storm restoration. We take pride in guiding local property owners through the complex insurance claims process after catastrophic weather events. Because we operate with a dedicated in-house supplement team and a hyper-efficient production model, we complete high quality projects fast, protect families, and ensure our field teams can achieve maximum career success. Our Culture: Straight Talk & Collective Wins We’ve built our workplace culture around a simple philosophy: trust, straight talk, and celebrating wins together. We believe in rewarding hard work transparently and creating an environment where high-performers thrive. An Uncapped Environment: We don't believe in putting limits on your earning potential or your ambition. If you have the grit to produce, we provide the platform to back you up. A Devotion to Training: We invest heavily in our people from day one. Whether you are a seasoned industry veteran or a career-changer coming from hospitality or teaching, we provide hands-on mentorship and factory training to ensure your success. Stability & Consistency: While other contractors slow down or lay off teams when the seasons change, AMP provides the capability needed to support a robust pipeline of residential and commercial work across multiple regions. We are a stable, year-round engine. Growth From Within: We look out for our own. Internal promotions are a pillar of our operational growth—many of our project managers, team leads, and trainers started out exactly where you are today in a field role. Join the AMP Team We work hard, build fast, operate ethically, and make sure our team members are taken care of.
