Alyom Human Capital is a next-generation consulting firm created by and for executives. Its mission is to offer global HR support to companies, from recruitment to departure management, including training and employee development. It was founded by 10 Associates who wanted to build a legitimate, useful, and committed partner: 1 Entrepreneur, 1 Headhunter, 2 Business Leaders, 1 HR Director, 1 Partner Lawyer, 1 Head of an Accounting Firm, and 3 Business Experts. Aware of the breadth of skills needed for 360° HR mastery, it has built a unique ecosystem of over 250 independent experts (colleagues, creatives, financial experts, coaches, journalists, psychologists, trainers, marketers, lawyers, AI experts, etc.), selected solely by recommendation. Alyom Human Capital operates exclusively in sectors where its associates provide legitimate expertise: Finance & Real Estate, Industry & Supply Chain, Energy & Environment, Food & Beverage. Through 2 main offerings: Recruitment consulting and executive search (permanent, fixed-term, freelancing, interim management). An "open source" expert platform with "à la carte" intervention or via an outsourced HR manager. Employer branding, skills assessment, training, mediation, change management, compensation, burnout, team building, employee representative committee, dismissal, HRIS, etc. Alyom Group innovates through its governance and capital structure.
