About Aluminium Norf GmbH - Alunorf

Aluminium Norf GmbH, or "Alunorf" for short, is the largest aluminum smelter and rolling mill in the world. We are leaders in the production of hot and cold-rolled aluminum strips. We are over 2,200 colleagues, making us one of the largest employers in the region around Neuss. What matters to us? Open, respectful interaction and strong cohesion. We build on a "culture of lived responsibility" where all colleagues can contribute their knowledge, skills, and personality. The willingness to stand up for each other makes us one big Alunorf family.
