About AlphaConsult-Gruppe

Founded in 1982 as a modern consulting firm with a focus on human resource management in Nuremberg, our corporate group, as a self-financed family business under the leadership of shareholder Udo Lutz (CEO) and his father Peter Lutz as advisory board member, can shine through many years of experience and a management board of over 20 experienced employees who possess extensive and specific industry knowledge. 16 strong brands are united under one roof. We consider specialization a success concept and therefore delegate to individual business units in personnel services and consulting, enthusiastically meet our clients' requirements, and take all necessary measures for their economic success. With our motto: “Empowering businesses to greater heights – recruitment solutions for all,” we deliver our brand promise for the promotion of individual strengths and the precise placement of the “perfect match.” Precise, professional applicant selection is a matter of course for us, and through their participation in constantly new projects, they gain a wide range of know-how. We are represented not only nationally but also internationally, and we continuously and qualitatively train our personnel. Over 7,000 external employees are now subject to our quality management and our very special attention to occupational safety for many years! We are pleased about continuous growth in the economically strong industries that we cover. Among all these important aspects, we also place great importance on sustainability. As a family company with over 40 years of history, it is natural for us to take responsibility, not only towards our employees but also towards society and the environment.
