Alloha Fibra

About Alloha Fibra

We are the fourth largest company in terms of subscribers and fiber optic network extension in the country and the largest independent player in this segment. With national operations, we are in over 860 Brazilian cities, covering 22 states and serving a base of over 1.6 million customers in the B2B and B2C segments. Our journey began in 2018, as a promising project that became a complete connectivity ecosystem for individuals and companies. Today, with approximately 5,000 employees, we operate under a single commercial brand: Giga+ Fibra, for the consumer market, and Giga+ Empresas, focused on the B2B public. We were highlighted in the 'Best of the Year' at the Abrint/Telecom 2023 Award for Internet Providers, achieving 1st place in the "Regional Providers with more than 200,000 accesses" category. We are engaged in the social development of communities and committed to social transformation through connectivity. Therefore, we support initiatives such as the Instituto Escola Conectada, the Programa Norte Conectado, and the Favela 3D project. We have the purpose of connecting people, ideas, and businesses, contributing to Brazil's digital and social inclusion. Five principles define good practices in our activities: Treat everyone with respect; Maintain the quality standard in all actions; Act correctly, with integrity as the cornerstone of all decisions; Fulfill promises, delivering results that exceed expectations; Value plurality, recognizing that diversity of thought and experience enriches the company and society as a whole. We are an engaged and multicultural team, which strictly follows the #JeitoDeSerAlloha, a culture that cultivates the behaviors we are proud of and that are present in daily life, reaffirming our commitment to offering the best services and products.
