About ALFA3A

Alfa3a is a social organization serving populations and territories. We welcome people in six varied areas: supported housing, early childhood care, youth activities, social and professional integration, access to law and culture, and welcoming foreigners. The development and fulfillment of the individual are at the heart of our action. We seek to reveal the potential of each person; with our own method of intervention, summarized in our "3a": - "Accueillir" (Welcome): we welcome everyone as a Person; - "Associer" (Associate): we associate them with their project without doing it for them; - "Accompagner" (Accompany): we accompany them towards autonomy by walking part of the way with them. Activity (2022 figures) Today, Alfa3a means: 51,549 people welcomed each year; 150 volunteers and 1500 employees; 5 sectors of activity in the field of social action; 172 establishments in 8 departments, mainly Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes; 74.4 Million € in annual revenue. Our Ambition We are 1500 employees and 150 volunteers united and mobilized around a shared ambition: to contribute to giving society a more human face.
