We are proud to say that, the average years of service for our employees at the head office in Alexandria, is approximately 20 years. Our culture and philosophy remains strong and expands throughout our U.S. sister companies which were started years later and have an average of 10 years of service. At Alexandria Moulding “turnover” is not something that we are used to, succession planning is.
