We are Alcans. If the future of technology goes directly through internet connection, the interior of São Paulo and southern Minas Gerais are walking by leaps and bounds towards the new era. Alcans Telecom's successful trajectory and rapid expansion began in 2007 when the need arose to connect the founder's family's seed company to the internet. At the time, only one internet provider served the city of Cajuru, located 50 km from Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo. After implementing a radio data transmission system, the practice became not only an alternative to solve the family business's problem but also an opportunity to develop a new business. In 2014, Alcans began connecting its customers via fiber optics, making it possible to offer higher speeds at an affordable price, which enabled hyper-speed connection. Alcans chooses to use its own infrastructure, allowing it to manage its entire operation process – from network implementation to customer support. The company has its own fleet of over 400 vehicles, cutting-edge Technology departments, Civil and Electrical Engineering, construction sectors, its own training center, an exclusive laboratory for technical team training, among others.
