We are a telecommunications company (broadband internet and fiber optics, TV, and landline phone) that began its history over 20 years ago and today is present in more than 175 cities in 7 Brazilian states. In 2015, we began a consolidation process, sequentially acquiring the companies that today constitute Alares. In SP and MG, we incorporated companies created to offer internet access to the population of small and medium-sized cities in the interior. In CE, RN, and PB, we incorporated companies that were pioneers in pay-TV services and soon also began offering broadband. From 2020, we united objectives and ideas and started calling ourselves Grupo Conexão. In 2021, Grain Management, a leading Private Equity firm, became our controlling shareholder, and in 2022 we became Alares! Today, we spare no effort to grow organically and inorganically, and to become ever better. We have a team where talent and grit have a single objective: to take our clients wherever they want to go.
