About Alan & Luca B.V.

We are Alan & Luca. We help entrepreneurs achieve their ambitions with even more pleasure. We stand by them for all questions and challenges in the field of finance, tax, HR and legal. Financial, fiscal, labor and legal questions can intersect. Then it is good to work with multidisciplinary teams of specialists who continue to see the big picture. As one company, we offer our clients everything they need to do business successfully: interdisciplinary advice. Our name is a tribute to the work of the British computer pioneer Alan Turing, who cracked the German Enigma code, and the Italian mathematician Luca Pacioli, who first wrote about the double-entry bookkeeping system, thus becoming the founder of our profession. It aligns with the progressiveness and thoroughness that we at Alan & Luca stand for. We were formerly known as BoekestijnKester and Van Hek & Lelieveld. FINANCE From annual accounts to interim reports. From assessment of the efficiency of the administration to advice on automation or business economic analyses. At Alan & Luca, we ensure that entrepreneurs can manage their company based on complete data. TAX From tax returns to social security. From the fiscal aspects of wealth management to the restructuring of companies. But also about retirement obligations or inheritance tax. Our tax advisors know everything involved and can advise on this like no other. HR From setting up or executing payroll administration to recruiting new employees. From an Occupational Health and Safety management system to absenteeism. The HR specialists at Alan & Luca ensure streamlined personnel policy. LEGAL From business succession or business acquisition to transactions or liability issues. And from employment contracts to prenuptial agreements or income planning. Our lawyers ensure that everything is supported by secure, legal.
