Alì S.p.A. is present in Veneto and Emilia Romagna with stores divided into two channels: Alì Supermercati, neighborhood stores and spaces up to 1,500 sqm, and Alìper with stores between 2,000 and 5,000 sqm, often located in larger complexes or in actual shopping centers. The Alì group currently has 115 stores. Strong growth is estimated for subsequent years, with many new openings planned to consolidate Alì's presence in the Veneto and Emilia regions and to explore new customer bases. This phase began in 2018 with the opening of the first store in the city of Bologna. Our strength lies in recreating the high level of service of a traditional grocery store within the supermarket. Alì S.p.A. is a rapidly expanding entity, employing over 4,300 people. Alì has confirmed its market leadership in Veneto over the years with its widespread presence in the region, reaching a market share of 17.5% in 2020. Since 1979, Alì has been part of the Selex group, which has been part of ESD Italia since 2001. The objective of this important agreement is to always guarantee the customer greater quality at competitive prices, to more effectively meet consumer expectations for quality, service, and convenience. Customers with a Loyalty Card generate 88% of the turnover, benefiting from all the advantages of its use (promotions, discounts, prizes, and contests reserved for cardholders).
