About ajb gmbh

ajb gmbh lives diversity in the most varied areas. Founded in the heart of Berlin, the projects are now spread across seven different districts. The focus of our work includes all areas of psychosocial rehabilitation, from counseling and housing to the promotion of education, employment, and work. We develop our projects based on the needs of our clients, but at the same time, we offer colleagues the opportunity to shape their own interests. Our product range is diverse: vegan food, children's clothing, wooden products, and much more. Not only our clients, but also our colleagues are diverse in many ways: different age groups, genders, countries of origin, languages, skin colors, sexual identities, visible and invisible impairments. Our attitude towards diversity includes appreciation, solidarity, respect, and tolerance towards all people and their being.
