About Aiguillon construction

Social Housing Company established in the West of France since 1902, Aiguillon is a subsidiary of the Arcade-VYV Group. Our public interest mission consists of designing, managing and marketing housing for individuals with income ceilings. To fulfill this mission, Aiguillon relies on a strong and committed strategy, inspired by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This strategy is expressed through governance serving a sustainable model, aiming for four key objectives: ensuring quality of service, contributing to territorial development and balance, acting for environmental balance, and fostering employee engagement, well-being, and solidarity. More than 254 women and men work within one of Aiguillon's 10 territorial agencies in Brittany and Loire Atlantique, or at the head office in Rennes.
