About AIESEC en Perú

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-led organization focused on developing leadership in young people. Present in 128 countries and territories across more than 2600 universities, we provide students and recent graduates with life experiences through volunteer and professional exchanges with our partner organizations and companies. We create alliances with international corporations, developing companies, and startups, providing international talent for their needs through our global network of interested individuals. Through our university programs, we offer organizations access to a global network of young talent capable of making a positive impact on both the company and its environment. For the past seven decades, we have developed over a million leaders who are currently developing businesses, civil societies, and world leaders, including Nobel Prize winners.
