The AI Strategy Institute supports companies in their AI transformation: from strategy and employee training to practical implementation in daily work. Practical, academically sound — and largely funded by the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG). For small businesses, up to 100% of course costs plus a salary subsidy are possible. Our core program: training as a certified AI Transformation Manager. Three modules from strategy to AI fluency to Responsible AI & Governance (EU AI Act, data protection) — part-time, online, with real projects from daily work.
