About AHAD Cleaning Company GmbH

AHAD Cleaning Company is an owner-managed service provider from Villingen-Schwenningen. Since 2015, we have stood for cleanliness with a system: plannable, documented, and with fixed contact persons. Around 90 employees are deployed for companies, properties, and private households in the Black Forest-Baar, Rottweil, and Tuttlingen regions. Three business areas under one roof: AHAD Cleaning: Building cleaning and facility services for industry, medium-sized businesses, administrations, property management companies, municipalities, car dealerships, and hotels. Maintenance cleaning, glass and facade cleaning, industrial cleaning, construction site cleaning, special cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning according to VDI 2052, outdoor facility maintenance, and janitorial services. Güntzel Objekt-Service: part of the AHAD group since September 2026, with over 20 years of experience in property management, outdoor facilities, and winter services. Own fleet, own spreading technology, own on-call service. AHAD Care: an offer recognized according to § 45a SGB XI for support in everyday life. Household help, laundry care, shopping, and errands for people with care levels 1 to 5 in the Schwarzwald-Baar district, billable via the relief allowance. Professionally supervised by a qualified registered nurse. Certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. What sets us apart: We are a family business that will remain so. Our customers have a name and a number, not a hotline. Our performance is traceable, from the service catalog to digital proof. And we grow with the people who work for us. We are constantly looking for facility managers, cleaning staff, drivers for winter services, and everyday helpers for AHAD Care.
