Born from the desire for a quality guarantee in supporting vulnerable individuals, AGHEIL brings together actors in gerontology and disability in establishments and institutions in the Landes region and federates nearly sixty establishments. In recent years, our services and establishments have evolved significantly, and a new phase is beginning. A Landes label, guaranteeing our philosophy, is being implemented. Our philosophy: promote access to employment, train, support the development of our professionals' skills throughout their careers, provide ever-higher quality of work life, and support the personal aspirations of our employees. Our establishments are committed to promoting employment for people who share common values, focused on the well-being of vulnerable individuals. Because a career lasts a lifetime, we are committed to training our voluntary staff in degree-seeking programs and support them until they obtain their diplomas.
