Agenzia regionale per il lavoro Sardegna

About Agenzia regionale per il lavoro Sardegna

The Regional Labour Agency, a technical body of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, was established in 2005 by Regional Law no. 20, which governs labour services and policies at the regional level. As an institutional entity, the Agency, along with the Employment Service Centres (CSL), is part of the public employment services system in Sardinia. The Agency's main task is to support the employment services system through technical assistance for the design, definition, monitoring, and evaluation of labour policies in Sardinia. The Agency is also assigned the role of Labour Market Observatory, responsible for analysing labour market trends and phenomena, providing support for the planning and evaluation of labour policies. In addition to these two main activities, it manages information and databases for employment services within the SIL Sardinia framework. To carry out these tasks, the Agency collaborates with other public and private entities within the regional employment services system. Technical assistance can also be provided for non-institutional services, upon request, to public and private entities. Finally, in all its activities, the Agency collaborates with public and private Universities and Research Institutes. By its very nature, the Agency's activity involves broader collaborations at the local level with Institutions, Social Partners, Regional Agencies, and the network of Local Authorities, while at the national and international level, it engages in fruitful collaboration with qualified partners on cutting-edge topics in the evolving landscape of professions and work.
