Agency Iceberg

About Agency Iceberg

Only one-tenth of the volume of an Iceberg is visible above the surface. What we see at first sight is formidable, yet only a small part of the story of what lies beneath. This is also relevant to the recruitment industry. Today’s communications marketplace is evolving. We are hyperconnected, however building relationships and finding the right fit for both an organisation and talent goes beyond a LinkedIn connection. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Organisations need to go below the surface and invest in building networks on and offline to attract the best talent. Agency Iceberg focuses on value proposition and excellent service – not just price. A transparent approach ensures clients and talent have a complete picture of the opportunity in front of them, creating long-term relationships and success stories.
