About AGAPLESION gAG

As diverse as AGAPLESION is, so diverse are the development opportunities within the group. To ensure that "lifelong learning" is actively practiced and that we can support you in your personal development, we offer a wide variety of training, qualification, and further development opportunities throughout Germany. To this end, we maintain nursing schools and our own academy. We offer a future and perspective in a dynamic company – for people who see meaning in their work. "agapéseis tòn plesíon sou" ("Trust God. Love your neighbor. Take care of yourself." according to Mark Chapter 12, verses 30-31) is the foundation of our work. This is why the founding shareholders cryptographically embedded this principle in the name AGAPLESION in 2002. It is the attitude of neighborly love and the associated mission to serve humanity that unites our shareholders. Always has. Based on this tradition, AGAPLESION has developed into a strong group to find contemporary solutions for the traditional service to humanity: Diakonia as a manifestation of the church. In addition to the special participation model, clear processes and the network organization within the group are further important success factors. With the specially developed Integrative Management Structure, the group's facilities are integrated and the knowledge available within the network is specifically utilized. As we are co-shaping the future of medicine and nursing, AGAPLESION is integrated into a broad cooperation network. This primarily includes cooperation with research institutes. AGAPLESION also maintains international cooperation and exchange with diaconal cooperation partners.
