A.R.M. (Action Resource Management) connects people seeking employment with jobs primarily in the warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and clerical fields. With our combined 30+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, A.R.M. staff members work closely with hiring managers as well as with potential job applicants to ensure a good fit. We offer various positions and shifts so our applicants have even better chances of finding work. Our screening process for applicants consists of completing an application, several forms, and government documentation. We run background checks on applicants and gather and maintain all application forms. Before workers head to the job site, applicants are required to review operational and safety materials, administered by A.R.M.’s knowledgeable staff.
