Acorus, a specialist in renovation in occupied sites, confirmed the strength of its multi-specialist model in 2015 and continues its development across the national territory. Organic growth of 38% in revenue! With a revenue of 81 million euros in 2015, Acorus repeated its 2014 performance (+37%), thanks in particular to significant contracts won in the hotel, energy, and insurance sectors. Social landlords remain the company's main clients in its 5 fields: rehabilitation, housing refurbishment, general maintenance, upkeep, and accessibility. Two new branches in Ile-de-France (Bezons and Paris 12) allow for even better responses to the needs of this demanding clientele. With the opening of the Nantes branch in June 2015, following Bordeaux and Lyon in 2014, Acorus continues its regional development, particularly with social landlords. Organic growth of teams by 68%! To support its growth and maintain its expertise internally, Acorus created 220 jobs in 2015 and reduced its subcontracting. The company now has 590 employees, in 10 trades, spread across 6 branches and organized into autonomous mini-companies of about ten people. A first successful acquisition: The company Peintisol, a specialist in painting, flooring, and insulation renovation, joined the Acorus group in mid-year. It had a very good year with growth of over 12% and achieved a revenue of 14 million euros in 2015 with 43 employees. 2016 Outlook: In 2016, Acorus will celebrate its 20th anniversary and expects to surpass 100 million euros in revenue. Growth will be driven by strengthening the current offering, developing asbestos removal, and the synergies expected with the Acorus Ingenierie technical design office created at the beginning of 2016.
