About Acciaierie Bertoli Safau SpA

ABS was founded in 1988 from the merger of two steelworks with long experience and high qualifications, “Officine Bertoli” founded in 1813 and “Safau”, whose origins date back to 1934. We produce steel, but we don't stop there: we are committed to improving, day by day, the sustainability of our production with respect to the environment and the community in which we are located. This is our goal. We are the Steelmaking division of the Danieli Group and we compete daily with competing companies on a global scale. We have chosen to build our reality around some fundamental pillars: innovation, sustainability, our people, and customer centricity.
