About Abicht Gruppe

The Abicht Gruppe is one of the most experienced building technology engineers in German-speaking Switzerland. Their mission is to plan future-proof building technology systems for their clients. To achieve this, they unite 100 engineers and specialist planners from the fields of heating, ventilation/air conditioning, cooling, sanitation, building automation, fire protection, and energy/sustainability at their 7 locations: Abicht Aarau, Bissig Zurfluh Altdorf, Bogenschütz Basel, Abicht Schwyz, Abicht Sursee, Abicht Zug, and Abicht Zürich. The companies of the Abicht Gruppe offer a comprehensive spectrum of building technology planning from a single source. Their competence and performance are demonstrated by the high complexity, size, and volume of projects that their clients have entrusted to them over the past decades. These include building technology systems for hospitals, retirement homes, office buildings, industrial buildings, schools, sports halls, residential buildings, energy centers, and many other uses. The Abicht Gruppe is excellently networked in the construction industry and is a member of all important industry associations, including USIC, SIA, Bauen digital Schweiz, MeGa, and SWKI. Working with us means feeling at home in a healthy and established corporate culture. The Abicht Gruppe has grown organically over decades. It is characterized by flat hierarchies and a healthy working environment. We place particular importance on the work-life balance of our employees. Regular get-togethers of the entire team at company events and the New Year's dinner also contribute to a healthy corporate culture.
