Abbott Tool and Die is the premier tooling facility for producing as well as running metal stamping dies. Two companies in one, our Abbott Tool and Die(ATD) side focuses on tool builds while our North Central Stamping(NCS) side deals with our metal stamping. Our customers range from automotive and recreational ATV's to building supplies and refrigeration. On the ATD side, we offer complete tool and die building services, beginning with designing the die, all the way to the ability to run production for you. With a full service tool room, a 5 machine wire EDM department and a 8 machine CNC department, we are able to quickly design, build and test out your tool while staying in an affordable range. Our tools are known to last, as many are still using our tools well after 30 years. On the NCS side, with press capacities up to 720 tons, we are able to stamp a variety of material grades and thicknesses. In addition to our stamping services, we offer resistance welding, robotic welding, CNC machining and die maintenance service. Depending on the tool, we are also able to preform in die tapping and in part die assembly! With a robust network of OVS services we can provide E-Coating, Vibratory Deburring, powder coating, heat treating and more.
