Aalberts advanced mechatronics is part of the stocklisted company Aalberts. Since the inception in 1975, Aalberts is where technology matters and real progress can be made - humanly, financially and environmentally. At Aalberts, we create mission-critical technologies for ground-breaking industries and everyday life. Technologies that enhance our clients' businesses and keep our planet in good shape. Aalberts advanced mechatronics helps high-tech customers to address their technology roadmap and manufacturing challenges, from concept design to series production. Early involvement is key to our mission; strengthening our customers’ competitive advantage by delivering future-proof technological solutions. System design and engineering We define system requirements in close collaboration with the customer, starting from their challenging demands. Drawing on our extensive experience in a range of application areas, we develop a system concept as the starting point for engineering focused on functionality, manufacturability and cost. In this way, we deliver a detailed and fully substantiated technical product documentation. New product industrialization Building on the final specifications, we start to make prototypes as well as design and realise production tools for manufacturing and qualification support. When the system design has been successfully validated by the prototypes and pilot series, we are ready to seamlessly ramp up production. Supply chain management Leveraging our global supply base, we provide a variety of supply chain management services to satisfy our customers’ outsourcing needs, either managing their existing supply chain or safeguarding the product transfer to a new, competitive supply chain. As a result, we offer a high-quality purchase based on a full qualification of all critical components.
