About 8Fleet

8Fleet is redefining what it means to drive for a living. Unlike traditional gig platforms, we hire our drivers as full W2 employees, not independent contractors. That means a real paycheck, a company-provided vehicle, insurance, and gas all included, plus full benefits, all without the guesswork of gig work. You get guaranteed hours, so you know what you're earning before you even start your shift, and you keep 100% of your tips on top of that. Drive with 8Fleet and get the stability of a job with the flexibility of the road.
