We operate facilities with unique concepts such as Hotel Vintage (Tokyo), Hotel Mei (Fukuoka/Haruyoshi), and Sauna Land Asakusa (awarded the 2022 Sauna Shuran), primarily in Tokyo and Fukuoka. We demonstrate our operational expertise, fully leveraging our real estate development capabilities and DX/AX capabilities in various locations. We aim to achieve a total of 50 billion yen in hotel scale by 2030 and plan to continue developing and opening new properties. To hotel developers and investors: We are always accepting hotel development projects, whether new construction or renovation. We provide integrated support, not only for hotel operation proposals but also for investor collaboration, business planning including construction, and exit strategy proposals. We have a track record of proposals that can achieve an IRR of 20% or more. We also offer proposals for effective land utilization for long-term landholders and hotel development proposals for vacant land utilization projects in areas owned by local governments.
