About 7 Steel UK

7 Steel UK is the UK’s leader in circular steel, producing high-quality reinforcement and long steel products that help build infrastructure and drive innovation. With over 1 million tonnes of finished steel delivered annually, we play a vital role in shaping the UK and Irish construction sectors from our state-of-the-art facilities in Cardiff. As an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steel producer, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our steel is made from 100% UK-sourced recycled scrap metal, with an impressive 98% recycled content. By processing over 1 million tonnes of recycled scrap metal every year, we are not just manufacturing steel—we are one of the UK’s largest recycling companies, leading the way in sustainable steel production. At 7 Steel UK, we’re building a stronger, more sustainable future—one tonne at a time.
