Recruitment & Selection Looking for long-term strengthening? We take over the entire recruitment process. Advice and support in drafting the job profile. Use of suitable recruitment channels. Thorough pre-selection including reference check. The candidate is directly employed by you. No further obligations towards 4U Professionals. Secondment Secondment offers flexibility with the benefits of continuity. The employee is on our payroll. More commitment than temporary staffing, without employer obligations. A fixed number of hours is contractually agreed. Risk of illness lies with 4U Professionals. Up to six contracts possible with a maximum duration of two years.
