3MG SOLUTIONS, LLC is the parent company of 3MG Roofing and 3MG Solar. We take a technology-first approach with each of our divisions. Based in Central Florida and founded in 2020, 3MG Solutions, LLC is among the fastest growing residential and commercial roofing services companies in the country. The company operates two core divisions, one for residential projects and another for commercial builds. 3MG is primarily owned and operated by GTC Venture Capital LLC., a Venture Capital Firm owned by business partners and lifelong entrepreneurs Kyle Matheny and Danny Gay. They focus their time handling C-Suite positions, creating adequate infrastructure to support business operations, identifying strategic business synergies, and continuing business development. The business also has a handful of Operational Partners who hold minority equity positions and ensure the intricacies of the daily operations are executed efficiently. Along with building a brand of companies associated with best-in-class results, our goal is to build trusted long-term relationships with our community, customers, suppliers, and corporate partnerships. We believe that if we accomplish this goal, we can become one of the dominant roofing companies in the country. Our residential division, known as “3MG Roofing & Solar,” is primarily concentrated on roof replacement projects and solar energy systems. Given the tropical weather in Florida, 3MG is well positioned to assist homeowners as they navigate the insurance claims process and evaluate, repair, or replace roofing systems that have reached their end of life. We are proud to have been named Master's Elite Status from the country’s largest materials manufacturer, GAF. This qualification is obtained by less than 2% of roofing contractors in the country. Areas of expertise and typical roofing systems include shingle, tile, metal and TPO.
