About 3 Guys in a Garage

3 Guys in a Garage (3GG) is a modern product management and digital transformation consultancy that helps organizations turn ideas into scalable, high-performing digital products. Founded on the belief that the best innovations don’t come from bureaucracy but from clarity, speed, and bold thinking, 3GG brings the mindset of a startup together with the discipline of enterprise execution. We partner with product leaders, technology teams, and forward-thinking organizations to define strategy, accelerate delivery, and create customer experiences that drive measurable business results. Unlike traditional consulting firms that stop at recommendations, 3GG operates at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution. We work hands-on with clients to shape product vision, prioritize roadmaps, optimize digital experiences, and lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch and growth. Our services span: Product strategy and roadmap development, Digital experience and customer journey optimization, Agile product delivery and team leadership, Data-driven decision making and performance optimization, Innovation advisory and AI integration. At the center of 3GG is Cornelius Colin McNab, a seasoned digital product leader, former software engineer, and strategic operator with deep experience across media, technology, and platform-driven businesses. With a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-first thinking, Cornelius has led complex digital initiatives, built and scaled products, and helped organizations translate vision into execution. 3GG continues to embrace its original “garage” philosophy: small, focused teams solving meaningful problems with speed, precision, and accountability. Today, that philosophy powers a modern consulting firm designed for organizations that need to move faster, think smarter, and build products that truly matter.
