About 3 Corações S/A

We are a company of people passionate about what they do. Our success is based on the commitment of those who drive the company to new heights. We are proud to grow through the strength of our work, without forgetting our essence and values. It is through our simple way that we celebrate diversity and the experiences that intertwine stories. The result is a company with quality products, happy employees and consumers, and integrated suppliers and partners in a mission: to provide pleasurable experiences that promote joy and well-being. Our history began in 1959, in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. With our innovative and entrepreneurial way of being, we became the national leader in the roasted and ground coffee and cappuccino segment and vice-leader in soluble coffee. In 2013, we launched the TRES® multi-beverage machine solution, with more than 30 flavors of capsule beverages, and in 2020, through a joint venture with Positive Company, we entered the plant-based market, offering our consumers 100% natural, plant-based products. Our portfolio also includes items such as soluble coffee, ready-to-drink cappuccino, chocolate milk, coffee with milk, soft drinks, corn derivatives, coffee filters, and filter holders. We are more than 9,000 passionate hearts in what we do, committed to building a better country and a better world. We respect and value all people and cultures, and we believe that diversity enriches our work environment. We seek people who want to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively. Come to 3corações and join your heart with ours!
