About 2B Residential

Formerly the Residential Division of Balke Brown Transwestern. 2B Residential is a full-service, employee-owned property management company, specializing in leasing multifamily and mixed-use properties. We know what it takes to create and manage market-leading, award-winning apartments. The kinds of places people are proud to live. The kinds of places that maintain value, year after year. That’s what we’ve been doing since 2012. As the Residential Services division of Balke Brown Transwestern, we’re one of the most respected and fastest-growing property management companies in the Midwest, with market-leading properties in St. Louis and Southwest Illinois. Our portfolio includes 4,000 of the region’s most sought-after residential units – with more added every month. Discover more about who we are and what we do by visiting our website today!
