We are 247TailorSteel; an innovative company in metal processing that always puts its employees first! By investing in our colleagues, innovative machines, automated work processes, and our pleasant and clean working environment, we have been able to grow into what we are today; market leader in custom-made metal sheets, tubes, and parts! We want to keep it that way and are looking for you! In our own Academy, we prepare you! In our own training center, we train our staff to be true professionals in their field! This way, we prepare our colleagues for a career in production. For example, as a Bender or Operator! Did you know that prior technical education is not necessary with us? We give career changers the opportunity to start in production with us. The theory you learn in the Academy classes can be directly applied in practice in our production halls! The training program consists of three levels, all of which can be completed to eventually become an expert in the field. The training is provided by specialists from the various fields and is intended for colleagues from all 247TailorSteel locations. Room for personal development It is clear that the development of and the opportunity to follow training is essential within 247TailorSteel. There are also plenty of opportunities for colleagues in departments other than production to develop and be trained where necessary! Innovative work environment Where we started in 2007 with two 5 kW Trumpf laser machines, we now have more than 100 machines (sheet laser cutting machines, press brakes, and tube laser cutting machines) spread across four locations. Our production colleagues work in a clean and spacious environment where they receive a lot of support, for example, from our AGVs and lifting assistance. Moreover, everyone who comes to work here gets the opportunity to develop and be retrained where necessary. Colleagues are central Colleagues are the most important thing to us! After all, together we must ensure that the customer is satisfied at all times. We therefore attach great importance to a good working atmosphere and strive for job satisfaction for everyone. For our office staff, for example, we have flexible working hours. Something that our colleagues find very pleasant because it gives you a lot of freedom.
