About 1485 Ltd

1485 is a boutique search firm working with companies in the food, beverage & nutrition sectors in the UK and all across Europe. But we're not like a lot of the FMCG generalists out there. Our experienced recruiters all focus on one of the two areas in which we specialise: the food & health ingredients arena and the world of scaling brands. From middle management roles through to board level appointments, we have a number of partnerships with clients that go back to our formation in 2019 and that's how we like it - understanding everything there is to know about the companies we represent so we can secure them the absolute best talent that exists. We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service. You’ll get all of the knowledge you’d find in a corporate enterprise (and probably a lot more, actually), but with the agility that can only come with working with a boutique agency that puts relationships above a quick win. Oh, and just the right amount of personality sprinkled in for good measure - there's no robots here. We love recruiting for impactful companies – so whatever it is that makes your company different, let’s tell your story together.
