The organization was founded in 1981 with the aim of directly managing hotels and residences in mountain and seaside resorts: an innovative response to a growing demand for tourism for "everyone". The heart of 13 Maggio "beats" with greater intensity among the Dolomite peaks and the high mountains of Northern Italy, which saw this company take its first steps. The main characteristic of the 13 Maggio group is the absence of intermediaries in the commercial sales and management of accommodation facilities. This particularity allows for greater closeness to our clients' needs as well as greater flexibility in responding to various necessities.
