With over 800 employees, 650 of whom are directly in the field, 13 Habitat operates in Marseille and in 70 other municipalities in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. Since 2016, 13 Habitat has been implementing an ambitious strategic property plan to renovate its existing real estate and build new housing. As a committed social actor, 13 Habitat has also mobilized all its teams to ensure the comfort of its tenants, placing quality of service at the heart of its activities. In 2020, as a first step, 13 Habitat received the Quali’Hlm® label initiated by the Union sociale pour l’habitat, which rewards organizations that implement a dynamic of continuous improvement of the service provided to tenants. Thus, thanks to its network of 9 agencies across the department, 13 Habitat is characterized by its proximity to its tenants. The goal: to optimize its performance and responsiveness in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and follow-up of tenant complaints - and to modernize its housing in close collaboration with tenant representatives. The Departmental Council of Bouches-du-Rhône, the supervisory authority of 13 Habitat, provides essential financial assistance for new construction as well as for the improvement of existing properties.
