Founded in 2016, Cyf (赛赋医药) was established with the support of national-level drug research and development units such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Drug Innovation Institute. It is committed to building a world-class, one-stop innovative drug CRO service platform. The company has the Gu'an Drug Safety Evaluation Center, the Beijing Pharmacology and Efficacy Center, the Shenzhen New Drug Non-clinical Evaluation Center, the Chengdu Model Animal Center, the Beijing Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research Center, the Shenyang Biological Sample Testing Center, and the Cyf US office responsible for FDA registration applications. It has also built four GCP clinical trial bases in Grade III Class A hospitals. Cyf's one-stop service integrates various stages of drug development, effectively improving R&D efficiency, reducing R&D costs, and shortening the R&D cycle. It includes multiple technical departments such as formulation evaluation, model animals, pharmacology and efficacy, preclinical safety evaluation, pharmacokinetic analysis, R&D consulting and registration, Phase I clinical trials and biological sample analysis, pharmaceutical formulation, RCT clinical trials, and pharmacovigilance, capable of providing one-stop innovative drug R&D solutions. The company has over 400 researchers, with nearly 60 holding doctoral degrees. The core R&D team comprises former researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, as well as domestic and international review experts. A scientific committee, led by an academician, has been established, including international pathology diagnostic experts, toxicology experts, NMPA and FDA registration experts, and GLP inspection experts. The expert resources cover the entire industry chain of innovative drug R&D and evaluation. The technical team has led multiple national major new drug innovation projects, National 863, 973 programs, and key National Natural Science Foundation projects. They possess extensive experience in drug non-clinical and clinical evaluation, with over 600 drug non-clinical and clinical trials projects completed. The company has successively received investments from professional investment institutions such as Legend Capital, China Life Health, and SDIC Innovation, and has been recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, a Beijing Technology-based Small and Medium Enterprise, and a Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise.
