Suzhou Institute of Advanced Technology (Suzhou Advanced Institute) was jointly established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee on April 27, 2017, in the Suzhou Nano City. Suzhou Advanced Institute is an innovative research and development institution established under the strategic cooperation between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Suzhou City. It focuses on medical devices, health big data, biomedical technology, medical materials, and precision manufacturing. It fully leverages the four-in-one innovation system of research, education, industry, and capital of Suzhou Advanced Institute to achieve the organic integration of technology with enterprises, markets, and capital. It aims to build high-level R&D and transformation platforms, create high-level technology demonstration projects, strengthen key technology breakthroughs in leading industries, jointly establish laboratories with key enterprises, build bases for the transfer and transformation of industrial innovation achievements, integrate resources in multiple fields, and continuously boost the development of regional industrial innovation capabilities. It strives to build a highland for innovation, entrepreneurship, and talent in the Yangtze River Delta, promote the emergence of innovative achievements, and foster an industrial ecosystem. Our institute is affiliated with the Postdoctoral Research Station of Suzhou Industrial Park.
