Established in October 1991, Nansei Kai Welfare Association employs 192 staff members (57 in childcare, as of January 1, 2016). Our services include welfare programs such as a special nursing home for the elderly, short-stay services, day services, group homes, home care support centers, home support centers, and community comprehensive support centers, as well as childcare services through the operation of nursery schools. Since our establishment, we have been committed to providing fair and equitable services with warm, humane, and attentive care. Following the opening of the Nanseien Special Nursing Home for the Elderly, we have broadly developed our care and welfare services, including the development of a complex facility with a nursery school and day service center, and the establishment of group homes. We operate 16 facilities, primarily in Funabashi City.
