We operate "Rakumachi", Japan's largest real estate investment platform, with the vision of creating a fair real estate investment market. Rakumachi has achieved No. 1 in property listings, ease of use, and number of users, providing an environment where both beginners and professionals can efficiently buy and sell real estate. In addition to property information, Rakumachi also publishes "Rakumachi Shimbun", a web media outlet disseminating correct knowledge about real estate investment, and operates the YouTube channel "Rakumachi RAKUMACHI" (1.5 million subscribers as of April 2025). Our strengths include a high operating profit margin (54% as of January 2026), which allows young employees to take on challenges without fear of failure. We feature celebrities such as the comedy duo "Saraba Seishun no Hikari", former MLB player "Koji Uehara", and activist investor "Shintaro Tabata" on our YouTube channel. Rakumachi was the first in the industry to launch a smartphone app, serving a wide range of users and quickly providing innovative services that meet user needs. Our future outlook includes expanding our share in Japan to become the undisputed No. 1 and further growing our influence. We aim to transform the real estate investment market, which still suffers from information opacity, into a fairer one. By leveraging the vast amount of real estate investment data collected on Rakumachi, the No. 1 site in the market, we are developing new services utilizing AI.
