About 株式会社ベストランス

Because we are a company that supports the everyday act of eating, we also value the daily lives of our employees. As a member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed Warabeya Nichiyo Holdings group, we are involved in logistics operations that deliver food products to major convenience stores and supermarkets. The "everyday" items found in convenience stores – lunch boxes, rice balls, sandwiches, and prepared foods – are supported by us, Best Lance. We are responsible for food logistics, which are less affected by economic downturns, allowing us to maintain stable management since our founding. What we value is being a company where you can work with peace of mind for a long time. In recent years, we have actively promoted work-style reforms, increasing annual holidays by 16 days from 89 to 105. Furthermore, overtime pay is calculated by the minute, and we have obtained the "Work-style Reform Support Certification System (Two Stars)" certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We also have robust systems to value long-term employees, such as a retirement benefit system, long-service awards, and a re-employment system. Our re-employment system allows employees to work until the end of the month in which they turn 68, and employees of all ages, from their 20s to 60s, are active here. We welcome not only experienced drivers but also those with no practical experience or those returning after a break. After joining the company, we provide on-the-job training with senior employees, carefully supporting everything from routes to driving techniques. This is a company chosen by those who want to work for a stable company, value time with their families, and are looking for a workplace where they can work with peace of mind until retirement.
