Desk Style was established on May 1, 1995. Our business includes dispatching home tutors, producing educational programs, and creating learning materials. Desk Style is a home tutor dispatch company headquartered in Osaka City. Our company began over 20 years ago as a small organization formed by a few staff members who had just graduated from university and current university students working as home tutors. As all our staff members were around 20 years old, we strongly focused on being an organization of home tutors who empathize with children's feelings, leveraging our youth to better understand the worries of adolescents concerning not only academics but also clubs, hobbies, and friendships. Over the years, with much support and referrals, we have met many children through our work as home tutors. Even now, more than 20 years later, Desk Style continues to operate with young staff in their 20s and university students as home tutors, empathizing with children who struggle with their studies. The original staff members are now in their 40s and are parents themselves, and we strive daily to remain an organization that can empathize with both parents' and children's feelings.
