About 株式会社チャレンジドジャパン

Fulfilling a role in society means finding a sense of purpose. To achieve this, mutual recognition is essential. We must acknowledge and complement our differences, as well as affirm and elevate our commonalities. Wouldn't a society that focuses on the positive aspects of others be wonderful? We are committed to creating a society where everyone has a role and is mutually recognized, through our employment support services. To realize this vision, our mission as a company is to 'create a stage where each individual can shine.' The place where we fulfill our roles is always at our feet, and shining means fulfilling the role given to us right here, right now. It is important to create a stage where we can shine now, rather than searching for a place to shine someday. To make that stage shine, we are called upon to prepare the surrounding environment and assist individuals in confronting themselves.
