Dine is looking for individuals who want to become engineers, even if they have no prior experience! We welcome beginners and offer the opportunity to learn from scratch and advance your career as an engineer on a full-time basis. Many of our current members started their careers as engineers with no prior experience. We also welcome individuals with experience in the IT industry or as engineers. We are dedicated to supporting our members in achieving their ideal career paths. Job Description: Initially, you will start with basic infrastructure and network-related tasks such as system operation and monitoring for companies. You will gradually progress to more advanced responsibilities. - Operation and monitoring of IT infrastructure such as networks and servers. - Software program development and implementation support. - Assistance with unit testing and integrated testing checks. For individuals with no prior experience, a one-month IT training program will be provided upon joining to acquire IT-related knowledge. Our technical instructors, who are former engineers, will provide detailed lectures using environments that simulate actual work scenarios, ensuring that even beginners can confidently start their careers as engineers. We also provide thorough OJT training to develop you into a skilled engineer, so we warmly welcome career changers from other industries. Employment Type: Full-time employee. There is a 6-month probation period after joining. One interview process. Salary: Monthly salary: ¥200,000 - ¥250,000. If you undergo the technical training (1 month), your salary for the first month will be a fixed ¥180,000. Individuals interested in web and internet technologies are welcome. Experience in help desk or technical support is welcome. Experience in administrative roles is welcome. Basic PC skills such as data entry are welcome. Second-career applicants are welcome. New graduates are welcome. No academic requirements. No qualifications required. Beginners and those with employment gaps are welcome. Experience as an engineer is preferred. Experience as a programmer is preferred. Those with relevant qualifications are preferred. No relocation required. Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Break: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM). Holidays and Leave: Fully two days off per week. Paid leave. Annual holidays: 125 days.
